This course was created in partnership with the Recruiting team for Venterra Realty. They wanted to find an easy and engaging way to educate their hiring managers on how to use LinkedIn to increase the visibility of open requisitions and company news.

Challenge: Prior to this course, they were individually showing each manager how to share posts and open positions.

Solution: After the integration of this course, hiring managers are now automatically enrolled after their requisition is submitted.

This course was created to encourage maintenance managers to focus on enhancing their email communication skills.

Challenge: Create a short, practical, and easily accessible course for onsite maintenance team members who need to brush up on their resident-customer communication skills.

Solution: Design a module that can be accessed from any device using a story that is relatable to the audience.

Results: The project manager reported that many team members enjoyed the course and easily incorporated the tips into their routines.
