Authoring Tool: Vyond

Created: Summer 2022

This video was created to reintroduce my Instructional Design skillset to department and initiative leaders while showing them what I can offer through character creation, scripting, and voiceovers.

Challenge: Increase early project manager and training partnerships and learner retention by reiterating important learner-focused areas outside of completing the project.

Solution: Design a quick, interactive, and narrated video explaining the benefit of learner-focused training and displaying my video design skills.

Results: Many partnership requests immediately came in via the survey and we were able to start on the training plan weeks sooner than the project manager originally planned.
