This course was intended to educate and prepare new and current mentors with skills and training resources for training new leasing consultants.

Challenge: The mentors responsible for training created their own plans, however, they were not streamlined. New team members were getting trained best in the areas the mentor felt most comfortable with. This led to an increase in follow-up training requests.

Solution: Design an in-depth in-person training that followed the flow of the new training resources and add activities that gave them the chance to use the resources, offer feedback, and ask questions.

Results: Mentors gave tons of feedback saying how much they enjoyed the training and engaging with each other. They felt more comfortable training and reported fewer follow-up training requests.
